Andreas Leimbach und Robin Hirschl were represented with their own speeches. Andreas Leimbach focused on the principle approach in the performance of the O&M service (behave like an owner, with a look for the detail and with the willingness to fight for the last kWh). Robin Hirschl referred in particular to the importance of technical competence and procedural methodology. The essence of the conference was the repeated spoken opinion that the further growing market volume in the sector and the increasing demands of the plant owners and operators will also put pressure on the critical minimum size and the willingness to provide services on the part of the O&M service providers.
