ENcome, the leading independent O&M service provider for photovoltaic power plants, reorganises its management team

As part of the reorganisation of the management boards, Thomas Bluth joins as an experienced manager for growth companies. As an additional Managing Director in Germany, he will support ENcome's strong success in Germany.

Thomas Bluth has an impressive career in various management positions, both in medium-sized and international companies. Most recently, he was CFO and COO at All3DP GmbH, where he was responsible for finance, controlling, human resources, legal and IT. His ability to develop and manage innovative business models makes him the ideal candidate for the position.

In his new role, Thomas Bluth will continue to develop ENcome Germany together with Managing Director Richard Rath. With his extensive expertise and experience, he will help to further strengthen ENcome's position as a leading provider of services for the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems.

‘We are very pleased to welcome Thomas Bluth to our team,’ says Jörg Christiansen, CEO of the ENcome Group. ‘With his management and leadership experience, he will play an important role in leading ENcome Germany into the next phase of growth.’

Marc Pucher (Finance) and Eric Tilly (Group Operations) will become members of the Management Board of ENcome Austria with immediate effect. ‘We recognise their outstanding achievements and their important role within ENcome and wish them continued success in their growing areas of responsibility,’ says Christiansen.

As part of the reorganisation of the management team, Sebastian Nieding will be leaving the company: ‘Sebastian has played a key role in shaping the development of the ENcome Group. We would like to thank him for his many years of outstanding commitment and wish him all the best for the future,’ said Dr Tobias Engelhardt, Chairman of ENcome's Advisory Board.
